You will be responsible for overseeing a team of administrators, providing consistent feedback, managing team performance, and driving continuous improvement in program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of administrators to successfully execute Impact Class programs.
- Scheduling and coordinating Administrators at for events
- Provide consistent and constructive feedback to team members to help them achieve their professional goals and enhance program delivery.
- Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, holding team members accountable, and recognizing their contributions.
- Regularly conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback to improve their performance and effectiveness.
- Lead team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to ensure that all team members are aligned on program objectives and best practices.
- Establish a structured feedback loop for participants and team members, ensuring that all feedback is documented, analyzed, and addressed in a timely manner.
- Use participant feedback and performance data to refine program content, delivery, and processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback to instructors on their teaching methods and content delivery to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Implement systems for tracking team performance, setting measurable goals, and providing regular performance reviews to enhance individual and collective growth.
- Develop reports and provide data-driven insights on program performance and team achievements to senior leadership.
- Use data to refine program strategy and make informed decisions to continually improve outcomes for both participants and the organization.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management or leadership roles, with a focus on team management, feedback delivery, and performance improvement.
- Experienced scheduling and coordinating
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams, with a strong ability to provide constructive feedback and support team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer feedback in a way that motivates and empowers others.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-driven approach with a passion for ensuring the success of both participants and team members.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
- Experience in coaching, education, or personal development is a plus.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or other educational platforms.
- Background in coaching, personal development, or team-based leadership roles.
- Advanced degree or certification in education, management, or a related field.
