Opportunity 

The Vice President of Impact Class Sales is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales performance of Life Surge’s 3-day Impact Classes, which serve as the primary sales environment for the company’s Trade, Real Estate, and Business education products. This role will lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on converting Impact Class attendees into SurgeU students. 

This individual will play a pivotal role in revenue generation, conversion optimization, training, compliance, and product expansion within the Impact Class model. The VP will also oversee Impact Class sales operations coming from both the Life Surge event funnel and the Free Preview funnel, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company's aggressive growth goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own and drive the revenue performance of all 3-day Impact Classes, ensuring conversion rates, sales goals, and revenue targets are met or exceeded. 

  • Lead and oversee three Director-level sales leaders, each responsible for one of the core product verticals (Trade, Real Estate, Business). 

  • Develop and implement high-performance sales strategies for maximizing conversions at Impact Classes. 

  • Monitor conversion data, sales trends, and KPIs to ensure continuous optimization and profitability. 

  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach high-caliber Impact Class sales teams, ensuring world-class sales execution. 

  • Develop and implement sales training programs, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks. 

  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and professional development across the sales team. 

  • Implement a structured coaching and feedback system to enhance sales rep effectiveness. 

  • Ensure that all Impact Class sales adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards while maintaining high ethical sales practices. 

  • Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer experience through transparent, value-driven sales conversations. 

  • Oversee customer feedback mechanisms and integrate insights into training and performance management. 

  • Collaborate with leadership to launch new brands, sales products, and market expansions. 

  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to improve sales tactics, offers, and marketing alignment. 

  • Drive the rollout of new sales technology, automation tools, and CRM enhancements for improved efficiency. 

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment between event attendance, lead generation, and sales performance. 

  • Collaborate with event logistics teams to optimize Impact Class flow for maximum engagement and sales effectiveness. 

  • Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to track and analyze key revenue and cost metrics. 

  • Revenue Performance: Meeting/exceeding core package sales targets at Impact Classes. 

  • Conversion Rates: Percentage of attendees who purchase core education products. 

  • Sales Rep Productivity: Average revenue per rep, deal sizes, and close rates. 

  • Compliance & Quality: Adherence to ethical sales standards, customer satisfaction, and NPS. 

  • Training & Development: Reduction in ramp-up time for new hires and ongoing performance improvement of teams. 

Qualifications: 

  • 10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in seminar-based, event-driven, or educational sales environments. 

  • Proven success in high-ticket, live-event sales environments, ideally with a track record in managing $50M in annual revenue. 

  • Experience in leading large, remote, or in-person sales teams with a structured coaching and performance culture. 

  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, with expertise in using CRM, sales tracking, and analytics tools. 

  • Deep understanding of high-performance sales psychology, influence strategies, and sales conversion techniques. 

  • Prior experience in launching and scaling new sales verticals, products, or geographic expansions is a plus.
