As an Aquatics Supervisor at Life Time, Inc., you will be responsible for leading our Aquatics Team to deliver exceptional customer service and provide a safe environment for our members and guests. You will supervise and train team members, develop and implement programs, and promote Life Time's swim program.

- Supervise and train Aquatics Team Members to meet the highest standards of customer service and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of Life Time's swim program.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of Life Time's programs and services.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
- 1 year of lifeguarding experience.
- 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.
- Lifeguard and First Aid certified.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
