What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at Life Time?
- Provides administrative support to one or two senior level executives, professionally representing the executives’ office and the company
- Maintains and screens business correspondence, including phone, regular mail and e-mail; responds independently when possible.
- Coordinates calendars and independently schedules appointments
- Coordinates meetings, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and catering, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and maintaining event budget
- Prepares agenda, notices, minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings
- Coordinates travel plans and itineraries, and compiles documents for travel-related meetings; accompanies supervisors when requested
- Acts as custodian of corporate documents and records
- Composes and prepares correspondence, reports, and documents; creates Power Point presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Maintains administrative budget
- Issues purchase orders for the departments
- Maintains one of the departments expense reports and manages department budgets
- Manages various ongoing projects as needed.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- College degree strongly preferred
- Five years executive level administrative support experience
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to develop relationships with external vendors
- Strong Microsoft Office (including Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat skills.
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and technology; comfort with administrative support functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines, to self-start and be accountable for maintaining high, reliable quality standards in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $33.75 and pays up to $46.75, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
