Position Summary
The Medical Director at MIORA Performance Longevity plays a critical role in overseeing the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and optimal health outcomes. This role is centered on providing direct oversight to medical providers, guiding them in their clinical decision-making, patient interactions, and care delivery. The Medical Director ensures that all patient care is delivered in accordance with evidence-based protocols and fosters continuous professional development within the provider team. Through regular shadowing, auditing of patient notes, and leading clinical discussions, the Medical Director works to enhance patient outcomes and maintain consistent, high-quality care. Additionally, this role focuses on integrating medical services to provide a seamless and patient-centered experience, ensuring that all clinical efforts are aligned with achieving the best possible health results for patients.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Leadership :
- Provide oversight and direction to all clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, patient safety, and medical ethics.
- Oversee medical providers, including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), offering guidance, support, and mentorship in patient care and clinical decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based medical practices, protocols, and regulatory requirements across all service areas.
