Position Summary
The Visualization Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality media in support of the Property Development division. You will work closely with various teams within the division to bring Life Time’s world-class resort facility concepts to life through 3D imagery. Your post-production and digital artistic ability will be leveraged to build amazing scenes that showcase Life Time’s world-class resorts and amenities. This role is based on-site at our corporate HQ in Chanhassen, MN.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Creates presentation content to communicate the vision for an overall development / master plan
Partners with various internal departments and project teams to create photo realistic interior and exterior imagery to be presented to company executives and / or for city approvals
Creates 2D and 3D color renderings for entitlement approvals for projects around the country
Creates various types of models to be used in exterior and interior imagery
Responsible for maintaining various types of model catalogs
Assists with storyboarding, screen flow, and image sequencing
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or Computer Science.
3 years of experience in 3d design and rendering
Proficency in 3DS Max (or equivalent content creation package), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere/After Effects
Proficency in PBR material creation
Intermediate/expert knowledge of modeling, rendering, lighting, & animation within a 3d program
Preferred Requirements
Experience with Chaos Vray/Corona rendering plugins
Architectural design experience – reading 2D/CAD documentation and translating to 3D
Realtime rendering experience in Unreal Engine, Unity, Twinmotion or similar
Experience with Revit, Fusion360, and/or Solidworks a plus
Knowledge in Python, C or C# programming languages a plus
Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $70,000.00 and pays up to $97,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits
