The Admissions Operations System Analyst is a vital member of the admissions operations team, focused on delivering and supporting technology solutions for admissions operations capabilities at Life University. This role ensures the seamless development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software systems, including a mix of SaaS and on-premises applications.
The position is responsible for developing and testing application modules, creating technical documentation, generating custom reports, and supporting system integration. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the technological capabilities of the admissions operations team while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical. requirements.
- Develop and test application modules to support Admissions Operations.
- Provide technical support for Enrollment, predictive analytics and data trends.
- Build custom reports and dashboards to meet operational and strategic needs.
- Assess and recommend vendor products, services, and contracts to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Prepare, review, and deploy software code for production and user testing environments. Systems such as Ellucian Colleague, Ellucian Recruit CRM, and Perceptive Content to align data and documentation with enrollment practices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members and end users as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing protocols.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and ensure system performance.
- Participate in the implementation and integration of SaaS and on-premises applications.
- Ensure data integrity and security in collaboration with IT and other departments.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
