Therapist

LifeBack Behavioral Health is in search of dynamic, motivated therapists to join our growing team in our Lawrenceville office. We are looking for LAC, LCSW, LPC or LMFT professionals.

This position requires a professional NJ License.

We currently have full and part-time positions available.

This position requires some evening hours (until 8:00 or 9:00 pm) OR Saturdays from 9:00-3:00 (Saturdays are not required). The days, times and # of hours for this position are flexible. This position can be full or part-time.

• The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults.
• Experience with family and couple's therapy is a plus.

Compensation is based on multiple factors including years of experience, licensure, specialties, supplemental certificates, scope of practice, specific experience and scheduling flexibility etc.

This position is fully IN-PERSON.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling sessions for patients with behavioral/mental health concerns in an outpatient setting.

Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting individual counseling sessions.
- Strong working knowledge of mental health counseling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
