Key Responsibilities
- Medication Management: Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medication, including medication order computer entry and monitoring of patient medication therapy.
- Supervision: Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel to ensure timely medication availability.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent).
- Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate Degree in Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, with frequent use of Cerner and Healthstream systems.
- Clinical Skills: Familiarity with medical terminology and critical thinking skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work with standard pharmacy equipment and perform tasks such as medication packaging checking and IV laminar flow hood operations.
