LPN-LTC Vent Unit
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Vent Unit team at Levindale Patient Care Services, a part of LifeBridge Health.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents on the Vent Unit under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents on the Vent Unit
- Attend to daily unit operations, including leadership responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
- Less than one year experience
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills
- Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine; Specialty Bed Operation
