We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the Vent Unit. As an LPN on this unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for attending to daily unit operations, including leadership responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents
- Attend to daily unit operations and leadership responsibilities as needed
- Provide high-quality patient care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
- Less than one year experience
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills
- Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine; Specialty Bed Operation
