Job Title: RN Team Leader
The RN Team Leader is a key leadership role within the nursing team at LifeBridge Health. This position reports to the Clinical Manager and is responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring that nursing practice meets the highest standards, and facilitating performance management and education-related competencies for assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as needed, utilizing evidence-based practice to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary care for patients by collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Promote teamwork among staff members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school or higher degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN in Behavioral Health, with a proven track record of leadership and administration.
- CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure are required.
- Psychiatric Nurse Certification (PNC) is highly desirable.
