Subacute Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a subacute rehabilitation setting.
Job Description: As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe and effective care to patients with complex needs, including post-operative, stroke, cardiac, and wound care. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Conduct regular patient assessments and updates care plans as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
- 1-3 years of experience in long term care or subacute rehabilitation
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from CCNE accredited school preferred
