LifeBrook Church is a growing church revitalization located in the vibrant Heights area of Houston, TX. In the last two years, we’ve grown 2% in 2023 and 8% in 2024, and God is continuing to breathe new life into our church.

We’re surrounded by a family-filled community of young families who need to hear the gospel—and this role offers a unique opportunity to reach them in a fresh and impactful way. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to reach the lost where they are and equip them to join with us in becoming mature and ministering worshipers of God. About the Opportunity:

As the LifeBrook Kids Minister, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to cultivate an engaging and impactful ministry that fosters spiritual growth and a love for God in our youngest members. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up, in partnership with a supportive team and church family. You’ll lead all aspects of our Kids Ministry, including:

• Developing creative, Christ-centered programming that inspires kids to love Jesus.
• Recruiting, equipping, and encouraging volunteers to serve alongside you.
• Building strong connections with parents, families, and local schools to extend our reach into the community.
• Organizing impactful events such as Vacation Bible School, Kids Church, Family Outreaches, and more.

We’re looking for someone who embodies the qualities of an ideal team player: humble, hungry, and smart. You’re a servant-hearted leader with a passion for Jesus, a drive to create something excellent, and the relational intelligence to connect with kids, parents, and volunteers alike.
