What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Information Specialist position at Lifecycle WomanCare?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Front Office Functions
a. Perform opening and closing functions for clinical office for daily hours
b. Answer phones, greet clients, assist with check in and check out
c. Perform all appointment scheduling functions
d. Utilize all systems provided to maximize efficiency and client service
2. Client Services
a. Intake of new client information
b. Prepare client information for appointments
c. Prepare client records upon qualified request for transfers, etc.
d. Assist with forms such as FMLA leave forms, etc.
e. Prepare referrals and prior authorizations as needed
3. Administrative Support
a. Provide assistance to clinical and administrative staff
b. Provide communications link to clientele and administrative staff
c. Prepare client information packets and forms
d. Process and sort mail
e. Register babies and process birth certificates
f. Maintain signage and procedural updates in the office
4. Clinical Support (Satellite Office)
a. Clean and Sterilize instruments after each use
b. Clean and maintain exam rooms, stock room, bathroom, and lobby
c. Maintain and transport inventory
d. Ensure that trash and recycling is prepared and put out weekly
e. Communicate any maintenance needs in a timely manner
f. Report/Log any issues within the office, with the landlord, and pertaining to clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.35 - $20.00 per hour
