We are currently searching for an Associate Director of Program Services.
What you will be doing:
- Providing training, supervision, guidance and feedback to Assistant Managers and Supported Living Counselors, while promoting the agency's mission of Person Centered Thinking.
- Coordinating the implementation of the Individual Program Plan (IPP) for individuals served with an emphasis on dignity and independence, skill acquisition, the cultivation of meaningful relationships, and maximizing quality of life.
- Ensuring clients have adequate support and staffing, participating in hiring of qualified staff for programs positions, and maintaining adequate training in coordination with the Staff Development Specialist.
- Collaborating with Lifehouse Managers and staff, Regional Center, families as appropriate, and all relevant members of the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal services for individuals served.
- Providing oversight of annual budget and continual fiscal oversight, including monthly timesheet and billing approval process, while reducing excessive use of overtime and double-time.

What you will bring:
- Approximately 5 years of professional experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in supervising staff.
- Valid California Driver's License and a safe driving record.
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.
- Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.
- A positive outlook and the urge to make a difference.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Up to $105,000.00 as commensurate with skills and experience.
