Position Summary: Develops and leads the implementation of the Care Portal platform within the ministry of Lifeline Children’s Services, working closely with church, community, and government partners to make sure that physical needs are met in a way that promotes and facilitates gospel ministry to vulnerable populations through local churches.

Primary Duties:
- To be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners
- Actively participates on the team in a manner aligned with scripture including, but not limited to, praying for and with other team members, sharing scripture in daily activities and leadership, modeling the character of Jesus Christ in interactions with team and any external clients, partners, vendors, etc.
- Disciples’ ministry partners and clients.
- Aligns team dynamics, internal & external processes, and final product of team’s work with Biblical principles and with Lifeline’s Core Values
- Recruit, train, and equip churches and community champions to utilize the Care Portal (CP) platform
- Cultivate relationships with community resource partners to strengthen the network
- Identify, train, and equip Connecting Churches to serve in areas of highest need
- Facilitate technology and process training for Ambassadors, Agencies, and Church leaders
- Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with Implementers, Ambassadors, Churches, and Community Partners
- Identify potential Requesting Agencies and facilitate agency enrollment
- Ongoing training and support of Agency staff and leadership
- Maintain positive, collaborative relationship with Agency Partners
- Provide culturally competent orientation and training for new Church and Champion partners, serving as their main point of contact when it comes to equipping their leaders and teams to make meaningful connections through the CP network.
- Maintain a proficient understanding of how CP works, in part by using it personally to meet and/or coordinate the meeting of requests
- Work with the Church Partnerships team in collaborative planning and goal setting
- Host and facilitate active community gatherings, which should be as representative of the community as possible
- Raise awareness and cultivate relationships with community partners to provide resources to strengthen the network in practical ways
- Represent the ministry in a professional manner in and away from the office, being a representative of Christ in your sphere of influence.
- Assists with agency related events, including the orphan hosting program, fundraisers, and anniversary celebrations, adoptive family gatherings and marketing opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with the ministry of Lifeline Children’s Services as an important advocate of the ministry.
- Maintain good relationships with co-workers, including solving all disputes in a Biblically prescribed fashion.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or a member of the Executive Team
