Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and compassionate care to patients experiencing acute illness or injury. This role involves rapid assessment, triage, treatment, and stabilization of patients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ER RN collaborates closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality emergency care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quick, accurate patient assessments and triage based on severity
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
- Assist with emergency procedures and trauma care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and protocols
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS Required
- ACLS Required
- Experience in emergency or critical care preferred
Location: Harris , NY
Pay: $2,200 - $2,400 per week
Guaranteed Hours: 12*3
