Registered Nurse (RN) – West Reading Nursing & Rehab | 7-Week Contract
Location: West Reading Nursing & Rehab
Contract Duration: 7 weeks (with possible extension)
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-min meal break)
Schedule: 40-hour guarantee, Monday–Friday (Weekends as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to residents.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress, updating records accurately.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Active RN License (State-specific) – Required
BLS Certification – Required
Previous Nursing & Rehab or Long-Term Care Experience – Preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $1,729.00 - $2,686.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
