Description: Lifelong Wealth Advisors seeks a dynamic, highly motivated, and proactive individual to grow with us. The role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and is looking to grow within the wealth management industry. The Client Services Associate works closely with the Advisors, Associate Advisors, and our clients in the form of executing client review prep and follow up. Normal day-to-day activities include gathering and maintaining client data, assisting the operations and investment teams with client onboarding, answer routine client questions and service requests, trading, transfers, database management, transactions, account maintenance, coordinating workflows, creating positive relationships with clients, and handling other administrative and operational activities.
Duties:
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing requests, and providing timely updates on account activity.
- Maintain ongoing client communication through various channels to support engagement and client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans, meeting materials, and follow-up actions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process account applications and documentation, while tracking the progress and keeping clients informed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, prospect, and vendor information within our CRM.
- Respond to client concerns with professionalism, ownership, and a commitment to high service standards.
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion of all assigned tasks and client deliverables.
- Offer backup administrative support to team members by helping with paperwork, client service requests, and appointment follow-up tasks.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Willingness to pursue relevant certifications (e.g. Series 65/66, Behavioral Financial Advisor, and CFP® designation).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and taking the initiative to solve problems.
- Positive, approachable, and professional demeanor.
