About the role
We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager, Process Improvement to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency within our telehealth organization. In this role, you will focus on improving processes that directly impact patient care, provider support, and overall system performance. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and administrative teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process enhancements, and drive measurable improvements in our telehealth services.
