Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve department and organizational goals.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.

• Oversee operational performance, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with company objectives.

• Collaborate and work across multi-discipined teams, including executives and senior leadership.

• Act as a key leader in fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.

7. Monitoring qualifications and credentials of flight operations.

8. Overseeing flight scheduling and staffing requirements.

10. Work with the Clinical Education department to improve and provide a comprehensive, updated, and continuous education program.

Requirements

Current State of Alaska Paramedic Licensure or Registered Nursing License required; advanced degree preferred.

•  Prior aviation and/or air medicine experience required as well as 5 years of leading flight or clinical teams. 

•  Knowledge of asset allocation and risk management, training/education, and public speaking skills. 

• Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Prior knowledge of training and education prefered.

• Experience managing budgets, resources, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for innovation, collaboration, and driving positive change.
