How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:
Important: You will be required to sit, stand, bend, walk and lift up to 50 lbs. for the duration of the shift.
This role is critical to the LifeNet Health mission because it plays an important role in ensuring that our lifesaving and health restoring allografts are properly and timely distributed to our patients around the globe.
What you’ll do:
Create all required export documents and AES fillings for all shipments leaving Virginia Beach, Renton, and Austria as per LifeNet Health policies and procedures.- Maintain all export documents as required by the EAR (Export Administration Regulation) and the CFR (Code of Federal Regulation).
- Monitors Shipment Status reporting, to review daily monitoring reports, ensure all measurements standards are met, and report non-conformances to the Distribution and Logistics team.
- Serve as single point of coordination between customers (internal and external), U.S. Customs and Border Protection and other government agencies to ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with client and company objectives.
- Participate in regular review of HTSUS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S.) classification maintenance.
- Performs internal audits of automated processes to ensure compliance with the EAR.
- Coordinate with other LifeNet Health departments (Distribution, Finance, Compliance, Procurement, IT, & Customer Service) to resolve issues on any export/import shipments
What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three (3) years of export compliance, AES filings, country of origin documentation
- Minimum two (2) years of traffic management
- One (1) year of SAP experience preferred

Salary: $20.61 - $24.68/hour
- Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
