About the Campus Pastor:
Lifepoint Church seeks a talented individual to fulfill the role of Campus Pastor. The Campus Pastor is responsible for the spiritual growth and numerical growth of the campus by representing and executing the mission and vision of Lifepoint Church and its Lead Pastor. They serve as the campus’ primary non-Sunday message communicator and administrator, ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly.
The Campus Pastor embodies and ensures that the DNA of Lifepoint Church (mission, vision, values and culture) is embedded into the campus. This individual serves as the leader, vision caster and champion of Lifepoint’s mission to the local community; seeing themselves as the “Spiritual Mayor” of this section of the city.
The person who will thrive in this role is a natural leader who galvanizes people around a common purpose, and can oversee the many details that are necessary to successfully lead a church campus.
The Campus Pastor’s Responsibilities Include:
● Actively promote and protect church and staff unity.
● Serve as platform host on weekends for your campus with a high degree of communication excellence.
● Meet regularly with your team.
● Ensure high standards of excellence for all ministry environments and all campus communications.
● Actively develop leaders.
● Lead with a high degree of emotional intelligence; balancing grace and truth in relationships and communication.
● Manage campus budget.
● Adhere to all Lifepoint Church’s systems and protocols.
● Build and maintain a healthy relationship with central staff and other campus teams.
● Regularly participate in Pastoral Care.

Education & Experience
● Undergraduate degree is required.
● 3-5 years of ministry experience, preferably on church staff.
