What you’ll do:
The Marketing Manager supports the marketing department by managing and contributing to a wide range of projects from start to finish. The Marketing Manager gathers information from internal and external sources to guide marketing and advertising work and helps coordinate efforts including business development, strategy, creative, media, production, data analysis, reporting, and other marketing department disciplines.
In collaboration with the AVP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will help plan, execute, track, and improve advertising and marketing initiatives. The position will support the company’s business development marketing efforts, as well as facility admission growth initiatives, to include facility acquisitions and openings. The candidate will have excellent project management experience and help shepherd both small and large-scale marketing projects from concept to fruition. The candidate should be able to successfully manage multiple projects at one time and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, organized project management support for complex, multi-channel marketing, business development, communications, ad campaigns, facility acquisitions and openings.
- Grow qualified leads to the facilities through referral source and B2C marketing.
- Review analytics and oversee required performance deep dives and optimizations to improve tactics, processes, and outcomes.
- Ensure data, learnings, and optimizations from digital campaigns are reported across all teams.
- Review prospects generated from paid media to determine quality of leads from all advertising efforts.
- Implement test plans to understand drivers of response and value.
- Act as marketing POC for implementation of all new facility openings, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing tasks and milestones are accomplished.
- Assist in the creation and re-purposing of content across channels and marketing campaigns for all audiences to build awareness, drive patient/provider engagement, promote preference, and generate leads.
- Support and help project manage video and photo shoots.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, social media, business development, as well as external partners to produce relevant marketing content for marketing campaigns and websites.
- Enter and manage all design requests via the internal workflow management system.
- Review all copy, design proofs and digital files; see that all work complies with key internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Creative Services department to ensure approved brand standards and messaging utilized across all print and digital assets.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery from in-house and agency/vendor partners.
- Support the AVPs of Marketing with fulfillment of field needs in one-off requests.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
Education:
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience:
- 5 years of advertising/digital/marketing-related experience (preferably in the healthcare field).
