Specialist Non-PO Invoice

What you’ll do :
The Specialist, Non-PO Invoice, performs research with sites and suppliers as needed to determine the appropriate coding for the document, and confirms allocation accounting and methods as needed for non-PO invoices and update reference material as needed for future documents.
Responsibilities :
- Reviews documents that require coding support.
- Performs research with sites and suppliers as needed to determine the appropriate coding for the document.
- Confirms allocation accounting and methods as needed for non-PO invoices and update reference material as needed for future documents.
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of the chart of accounts.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What you’ll need :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and experience required for the job.
