Specialist Non-PO Invoice

What you’ll do:

The Specialist, Non-PO Invoice, performs research with sites and suppliers as needed to determine the appropriate coding for the document, and confirms allocation accounting and methods as needed for non-PO invoices and update reference material as needed for future documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews documents that require coding support.
  • Performs research with sites and suppliers as needed to determine the appropriate coding for the document.
  • Confirms allocation accounting and methods as needed for non-PO invoices and update reference material as needed for future documents.
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of the chart of accounts.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


What you’ll need:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and experience required for the job.
