Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Clerical Coordinator for our Centralized Scheduling department. This job is permanent, full-time.Core competencies include, but are not limited to the following :
- Develops, maintains, and coordinates daily outpatient schedule with physician offices and clinical manager to ensure patient flow
- Facilitates communications among caregivers, patients and visitors to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Performs all clerical / computer functions to support patient care delivery.
- Stocks unit with office and medical supplies and prepares requisitions to maintain inventory levels.
- Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs calls or takes messages.
- Faxes and photocopies information as requested by staff.Benefits Include :
