We have an opportunity for a System Analyst - Finance. This role will be an Onsite Role, in Ocoee, FL. Travel and relocation expenses will not be covered by the client or employer.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in the Financial Books and Records (FB&R) Transformation initiative, supporting the Florida Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) transition to the Florida PALM (Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management) system. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to manage the transition of FTE’s financial processes to the new statewide ledger platform.
Key Responsibilities:
The submitted candidate must be able to perform the following duties and/or tasks. Duties of the selected candidate will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop current and future state process maps of FTE’s financial operations to identify and implement process efficiencies.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of FTE’s Budget processes.
- Support the migration of financial data to the new system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify the change impact of current to future Chart of Account (COA) structure related to all budget processes.
- Design, develop and code the financial process utilizing databases, excel, SQL
- Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial operations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Florida PALM Project Team and FTE stakeholders to ensure successful transition.
