Position Overview
The Associate Relationship Manager will support Relationship Managers in the LifeSci Advisor Investor Relations business to maintain and manage current client accounts. This role is instrumental to LifeSci’s international, multi-disciplinary service team. The Associate Relationship Manager will work alongside the Relationship Manager to coordinate and execute the IR strategy of our clients. The role requires a proactive team player with strong social, organizational and time management skills, as well as an ability to quickly solve problems in a fast-paced working environment. An ideal candidate is able to liaise directly with the clients’ C-suite and service them on any of their investor relations needs. This role will sit in either our New York City or Boston office.
Key Responsibilities

- Preparing agendas and attending for weekly/bi-weekly client calls and identifying action items for the LifeSci team (and the Client)
- Executing client deliverables, including shareholder reports, short interest reports, and research readership reports
- Managing upcoming client events and investor outreach activities, and anticipating what deliverables or action items are necessary
- Planning and administering client events and investor outreach activities, including coordinating client and team calendars
- Tracking news and activities of clients’ competitors to help provide proactive intelligence to clients
- Collecting and analyzing sell side estimates and maintaining consensus model
- Monitoring and compiling peer group research; following industry, competitor and customer developments and news flow including earnings calls and analyst days - communicating key takeaways to management teams
- Occasional travel to meet clients in their headquarters and/or at investor conferences
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of work experience in life sciences, banking or financial services, is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and multi-task
- Critical reasoning skills and an ability to ask questions
- Strong curiosity and a desire to learn
- Natural drive to meet or beat deadlines
- Interest/experience in operating in a service-oriented business
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
