RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain and review efficient and accurate inventory management procedures, consistent with
company policy and procedure
Provide accurate and timely order entry for operationsSafeguard inventory assets to facilitate shortage detectionInitiate and maintain an efficient cycle count strategyMaintain accurate records of all audits, counts, and adjustmentsMake system adjustments as required and analyze results of counts to initiate permanentcorrective actions
Follow client’s disposition of damaged and / or expired product, including shipment fordestruction
Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external clientsReview and analyze weekly inventory report to determine error causes; initiate corrective actionSupport product recall return process through physical identification and segregation of productResponsible for running of reports, reconciliation of final count variances, and all otherreconciliation activities
Support Physical Inventory ProgramsProvide daily movement files for internal and external clientsProvide paperwork sent from operations to internal and external clients in a timely mannerAssisting in warehouse setupsMaintaining system accessConducting internal and external meetingsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business or other related fields is desired2-5 years healthcare warehouse experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting forproperty in a warehouse desired
Excellent computer skillsGood mathematical ability, excellent organizational and communication skills, and interpersonalskills
Ability to work independently with self-motivation and initiativeExcellent reading and writing abilityTECHNICAL EXPERTISE :
Deftly navigate through ERP system – Tecsys Elite, CognosIntermediate Microsoft Office skills : Outlook, Excel (including Statistics and Pivot Tables), Access,PowerPoint, Word
Experience with warehouse or supply chain environmentsUnderstanding of supply chain transportationAbility to conduct / track analytics related to Client performanceIntermediate public speaking and presentation skillsProfessional phone etiquetteADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
