Title: CASE MANAGER-TARGETED-Adults and Children

Hours Status: Full-Time
Pay Range: $15.87 hourly
Brief Job Description: Responsible for providing case management services to adults and children with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Duties include, but are not limited to coordinating with LifeSkills staff and external providers to access services and resources to assist client’s recovery from mental illness.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work or a mental health related field with one year of case management experience or one year of experience working with adults/children with severe mental illness required. Experience must be post degree.
