LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Program Coordinator / Mental health therapist. A Master's degree in Social Work is required, and LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is highly preferred. As Program Coordinator, responsibilities include overseeing the LifeSpring Compass program operations and three clinical teams that are composed of a therapist, nurse, peer recovery specialist, care manager and med provider. The LifeSpring Compass Program will use the Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) model, an evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach endorsed by both SAMHSA and the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) as an effective treatment for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis. CSC emphasizes early intervention through a team-based approach, offering a combination of psychotherapy, medication management, family education, supported employment / education, and case management. As a Mental Health Therapist, this position will provide individual therapy to adult / youth clients with a mental health and / or substance abuse diagnosis and work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Duties will also include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation of services in an electronic medical record. This position has the option to be based out of the Jeffersonville, Jasper, or Salem office location. Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- LSW / CSW, LMHCa, LMFTa or eligible
- Preferred LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana
- Strong clinical skills
- Strong supervisory skills in staff and program development / management
- Previous experience working with clients that have a mental health and / or substance use diagnosis
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
