Mental Health Care Manager, DD - Jasper

** Sign on bonus will be paid $750 upon hire, and $2,250 at 90 days.**

LifeSpring Health System is seeking a Case Manager for the Dorothea Dix supported group living home in Jasper, Indiana. Duties include teaching activities of daily living skills and linking clients with community resources. The Case Manager will provide services to adults with mental illness and/or addiction through individual and group modalities. A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field is highly preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of education. We are looking for caring, compassionate and energetic people who enjoy helping others. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
