LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a mental health therapist for our Adult Behavioral Services office in Jeffersonville, IN.
- A Master's degree in Social Work is required, and LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is highly preferred
- This position will provide individual therapy to adult clients with a mental health and / or substance abuse diagnosis and work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. This position can be a hybrid of telehealth and in office. Duties will also include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation of services in an electronic medical record. - Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- LSW / CSW, LMHCa, LMFTa or eligible
- Preferred LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana
- Strong clinical skills
- Previous experience working with clients that have a mental health and / or substance use diagnosis
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
