ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an ambitious Implementation Specialist who is passionate about playing a critical role in a company poised to ease access to mental health services. The Implementation Specialist will assist in guiding new groups through our software implementation process and to kick start their adoption of LifeStance’s Practice Management and EHR software. With success in the position, you will have the opportunity to grow your duties and responsibilities commensurate with the growth of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead weekly calls to outline expectations for the software setup process
• Work with cross functional teams, including operations and clinicians, to communicate product functionality options and collect configuration information
• Communicate project goals and milestones
• Apply technical knowledge and analytical skills to proactively identify solutions and solve problems
• Support customers through “go live” to troubleshoot issues and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate with internal team to create training schedule and ensure goals are met
• Prepare clients for data mapping and data migration
• Complete tasks associated with new implementations including but not limited to documenting workflows, entering data, creating user logins, and associated permissions and system configuration
• Provide ongoing feedback to the Implementation Manager on ways to improve client onboarding success
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 1 year of experience providing customer support or training on a software product, preferably within a clinical environment
· Proficiency using MS Office suite required
· Prior experience using AdvancedMD
· Exceptional project management skills that allow you to work under strict deadlines and quickly prioritize tasks
· Must be comfortable communicating with end users on system capabilities
· Able to work with all levels of management and clinical staff, including doctors, in an effective, proactive manner
· Impeccable attention to detail, particularly with written communications
· Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
