Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals in the Fresno area to join our installation team as Entry-Level HVAC Installers. This position offers hands-on experience and clear advancement opportunities for those committed to growing in the HVAC industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a Lead HVAC Installer, you will:
- Install and connect HVAC system components including: Flex ducting and sheet metal components (plenums, fixtures, ducts), Furnaces and air handlers, Condensing units and diffusers, Refrigeration tubing and insulation, Electrical components and current-carrying conductors
- Operate essential equipment including 14-foot ladders and manlifts
- Follow safety protocols and maintain workspace organization
- Collaborate with team members and other trade professionals
Work Environment
Our projects encompass both residential and commercial settings throughout the Fresno area, including:
- New construction installations
- Remodeling projects
- Exposure to various environmental conditions: Outdoor weather elements, Unconditioned indoor spaces (attics and crawl spaces), High-temperature environments (130° ambient temperature), Construction site conditions
Physical Requirements & Safety
- Ability to perform work in multiple positions: Standing and stooping, Kneeling and crawling, Working from ladders and manlifts
- Must comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Mandatory use of provided PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Physical ability to work safely around: Loud noise environments, Trip and fall hazards, Sharp objects and laceration risks, Standard construction site conditions
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Ability to operate power tools safely
- Willingness to learn specialty HVAC tools
- Safe tool operation in various working positions

Compensation Package
