Position Overview
We are seeking experienced lead installers in the Fresno area to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive HVAC installation experience and the ability to lead projects independently while mentoring junior team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will:
- Supervise and coordinate installation teams
- Field design, fabricate, and install components as needed
- Read and interpret mechanical plans
- Install and connect complex HVAC system components including:
- Advanced ductwork and sheet metal fabrication
- Commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Sophisticated control systems
- Complex refrigeration systems: Ensure quality control and safety compliance, Train and mentor junior installers, Collaborate with project managers and other trades
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC installation and leadership
- Strong ability to field design, fabricate, and install components
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical plans
- Expert knowledge of:
- HVAC system design and operation
- Building codes and regulations
- Safety protocols and OSHA requirements: Advanced troubleshooting skills, Proficiency with specialty HVAC tools and equipment
Work Environment
Projects include both residential and commercial settings throughout the Fresno area:
- New construction installations
- Complex system upgrades
- Custom installations
- Various environmental conditions including confined spaces and extreme temperatures
Compensation Package
