Lifestyle Support Services Inc. Is seeking an experienced Administrative Office Managerto
oversee and accept responsibility for the efficient operation of three adjunct offices. The
position requires a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to effectively
communicate both verbally and in writing. Creativity and team building skills are a
requirement.
This full-time role will include but not limited to the following:
Day-to-day oversight of three adjunct offices.
Provision of support to all office personnel with a direct report to the Chief Operations
Officer.
Staff management
Support for payroll, human resources as well as training, recruitment and retention of new
employees.
Manage representative payee accounts
Marketing
Other ad hoc duties
Position will have flexibility to recommend and implement system improvements that
promote efficient operations of all offices.
This is an autonomous role requiring independence and willingness to make decisions.
Applicant must have well rounded computer proficiency with Quick Books and Microsoft
Packages.
Starting salary will be contingent upon applicable experience.
