Drive Financial Performance & Strategic Growth
Are you a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business performance? We are seeking a Manager, Financial Analysis (FP&A) to lead strategic planning, financial forecasting and profitability analysis within the Consumer Goods (CPG) industry. This role plays a key part in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing financial performance.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, preferably in CPG.
- Hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Have expertise in Excel, ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle), Reporting systems (HFM, FCCS) and BI tools (Power BI).
- Have deep understanding of revenue drivers, pricing strategies, trade spend and gross-to-net impacts.
- Excel in financial modelling, scenario planning and market expansion analysis.
- Can analyze key financial metrics to drive decision-making and improve profitability.
- Are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take ownership of your work.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze revenue, profitability, expenses, and cash flow, focusing on product and customer profitability.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive data accuracy.
- Present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor a direct report, fostering development within the finance team.
