Job Responsibilities:
- Help consumers find the “right” insurance plan for their needs
- Provide top-notch, friendly customer service via phone, email, and text
- Service personal insurance policies
- Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general questions
- Check in with clients at renewal to ensure satisfaction with our agency
What Traits Are We Looking For?
- Great Communicator: strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat phone voice
- Self-Driven: you know how to get the job done and don’t need to be micromanaged
- Work Ethic: you either have it or you don’t...at Switch you need to have it
- Tech Savvy: above-average computer skills or a quick “digital” learner

Requirements:
- Insurance license Goals(Property & Casualty)
- You must have a goal of obtaining your property & casualty insurance license.
- Experience in sales or insurance is preferred, but not required
Location: Shelby Twp, MI
Salary : $33,000 - $50,000
