Lifetime Quality Roofing is one of the 100 largest roofing companies in the United States. Over the last 8 years, it has grown from a start-up to over an Eighty-Million-Dollar company annually. Headquartered in Columbus, OH Lifetime has opened several new branches over the last 3 years and has established a national footprint. LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner's roofing and solar needs.
Currently we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Branch Operations Team. This professional will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls while providing support to our Sales team. This position is a very important role with the opportunity for growth into other areas of our expanding company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist sales management with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required
- Reconciles, packages, and delivers payment deposits from customers to the bank
- Generate and evaluate sales KPI reporting
- Assist in sales representative onboarding
- Maintain price guides
- Review and approve sales commission
- Maintains records, documentation, and files
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Prior Construction sales or administrative experience desired
- Prior CRM and/or estimating software experience desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Experiencing obtaining permits is a plus, but not required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of administrative and clerical experience required
