Lifetime Skin Care Centers is looking for an Office Administrator to run the daily operations of their 2 Muncie locations. Lifetime Skin Care Centers has been serving Muncie and surrounding communities for 40 years. Office Administrator Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
· Vision for establishing and implementing short- and long-term goals for the practice
in association with the wishes of the physician owners
· Leadership of personnel includes monthly meetings with team leaders, and providers
· HR Benefits oversight, compliance and review
· Management and oversight of compliance for Medicare, OSHA, HIPAA and CLIA
· Marketing decisions and oversight
· Budgeting and accountability for spending within the practice
· Oversight of Facility Maintenance
· Oversight of Physician recruitment, credentialing and onboarding
· Responsibility for organization and leadership of monthly staff meetings
· Responsibility for oversight of Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Payroll Taxes, as well as
end-of-year accounting
· Basic understanding and willingness to assist in all areas of practice
· Work autonomously, while ensuring that physician owners are well informed and
included in all major decisions.
· Be a resource for team leaders, providers and staff as needed
· Demonstrate a willingness to take on new tasks as needed with the general attitude
that no task is too small, impossible or cannot be improved.
· Foster a positive, accountable, and success-oriented environment for all patients and
team members daily.

Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in medical business administration, nursing administration, finance
or something similar
· Minimum of 5 years of management experience
· Understanding of medical industry to include, billing, coding, risk management, and
compliance
· Understanding of basic accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets,
income statements and cash flow management
· Medical experience strongly preferred
Hours & Benefits
· Typically, available during the operating hours of the practice- Mon-Fri 7 am to 5 pm.
· Occasional availability during off hours depending on the need of practice, to facilitate
maintenance or for various meetings etc.

Long-Term Disability, 401K with 3% safe harbor contribution and 2% profit sharing
contribution.
