Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Colorado Springs market, aligning with Lifetime's corporate objectives.
Team Development : Recruit, train, and develop a skilled sales team, including three initial Sales Representatives and a team of five Sales Associates.
Lead Generation : Implement robust lead-generation strategies, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects through door-knocking, customer referrals, real estate and insurance agent partnerships, and networking groups.
Sales Management : Lead, inspire, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring individual and team success.
Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increasing Lifetime's presence in the Colorado Springs area.
Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, ensuring that all sales activities align with company values and exceed expectations.
Reporting and Analysis : Provide senior management with regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
Qualifications
Experience : Proven success in sales management within the roofing industry is a must , with a strong understanding of insurance claim processes.
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to train and manage high-performing sales teams.
