As we continue to expand our global reach, we are looking for a talented and passionate Internal Communications Manager to join our dynamic team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Internal Communications Manager plays a critical role in ensuring clear, engaging, and effective communication across the company. This individual will develop and execute internal communication strategies that align employees with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives. They will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to craft messaging, manage communication channels, and foster a strong and informed company culture.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Strategic Internal Communications
· Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement, transparency, and alignment with company goals.
· Create messaging that supports corporate initiatives, change management, and leadership updates.
· Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all internal communications.
Content Creation & Channel Management
· Write, edit, and manage content for internal platforms, including newsletters, company intranet, emails, and leadership announcements.
· Oversee internal communication channels, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and accessible to employees.
· Develop and execute creative storytelling initiatives that highlight company culture, achievements, and key updates.
Employee Engagement & Culture
· Collaborate with HR and leadership to support culture-building initiatives and employee recognition programs.
· Develop surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment and improve communication strategies.
Leadership & Stakeholder Support
· Provide communication support for executives and department leaders.
· Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on best practices for internal messaging.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure cohesive messaging across departments.
Crisis & Change Communication
· Develop and implement crisis communication plans for internal audiences.
· Support change management initiatives by crafting clear, proactive messaging to guide employees through transitions.
· Monitor internal sentiment and provide recommendations to leadership on addressing concerns.
Measurement and Reporting:
· Use data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communications efforts.
· Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with internal communication tools such as intranets, email platforms, and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
· Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement.
· Experience in crisis communication and change management is a plus.
WORK ENVIORNMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
Hybrid Readiness: If working hybrid, you must maintain the same level of performance, engagement, and availability 2-3 days in-office expectations. (Hybrid is allowed in Utah only.)

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 25pounds.
