POSITION SUMMARY:
LifeWave is seeking a bilingual English and Spanish-speaking candidate for the role of Welcome Center Facilitator. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing key functions of the Welcome Center on behalf of the U.S. Sales Team at a rapidly growing international network marketing company. Reporting to the US and Canada General Manager, this role will support the Sales team through collaboration on Welcome Center initiatives, event coordination, field relationship development, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and an effective communicator in both English and Spanish.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tour Duties:
· Be the lead tour guide for Brand Partners and their guests visiting the LifeWave Welcome Center
· Liaise with the Sales Coordinator in scheduling and managing tour times to be sure booking and tour processes are adhered to, including initially greeting and preparing visitors for each tour.
· Educate back-up tour presenters on changes to script content and/or the tour process, ensuring all presenters meet expected standards for tours.
· Promote and project management continuous improvement initiatives for the Welcome Center tour process and the educational content presented.
· Communicate at least weekly with all relevant departments to ensure effective coordination and a stellar Welcome Center experience for Brand Partners.
Facility Duties:
· Ensure that the Welcome Center Control Room operator has tested all technical and display elements of the Welcome Center in preparation of each tour
· Coordinate with Sales and Marketing departments to ensure all Welcome Center kiosks and screens are up-to-date and with approved content.
· Coordinate with Reception and as needed LifeWave’s Building Management Vendor to ensure cleanliness of the Welcome Center Facility.
Other/Administrative Duties
· Support Sales Team Leadership with all administrative functions, as needed.
· Assist in presentation creation.
· Train new personnel on the Welcome Center processes.
· Prepare meeting agendas/take notes/send out meeting minutes and follow-up as appropriate.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIANCE
Education: High School Diploma required.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple demands, shift priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to process complex information with accuracy.
Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, including at least 3 years in direct sales.
Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written Spanish/English.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation Skills: Strong public speaking and presentation experience (both in-person and virtual).
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
WORK ENVIORMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
Location: Office-based position in Draper, Utah.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT, with flexibility based on departmental needs.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
