Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, No Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement community engagement and outreach strategies.
- Facilitate focus groups and problem-solve barriers to care.
- Conduct screenings, link consumers to services, and build relationships with community partners.
- Educate providers on mental health access and deliver actionable reports to shape organizational strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of experience in Michigan’s community mental health system.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
