LifeWays is seeking an Engagement Clinician to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, facilitate community engagement, and help shape organizational-level approaches to service delivery. Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
Key Responsibilities:
As an Engagement Clinician, you will:
- Collaborate with the Engagement Team to design and implement outreach strategies.
- Facilitate focus groups and community collaboratives addressing mental health access.
- Work directly with consumers to identify and resolve barriers to appointment compliance.
- Conduct screenings and assessments in the community, connecting individuals to care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Deliver educational seminars to community providers on accessing mental health services.
- Perform targeted outreach to underserved populations to improve service accessibility.
- Report on engagement and outreach outcomes to inform and influence organizational strategies.
- Provide backup support to Access and Crisis Services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Michigan Mission-Based Performance Indicator System (MIMBPIS).
- Achieve quarterly objectives, including a goal of 50% billable time.
