What You’ll Do:
As the Supervisor of Integrated Health Services, you’ll play a critical role in leading our health services team, ensuring patients receive the best care possible across psychiatric and primary care services. You will lead by example, overseeing and mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at all our clinic locations. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of care and the success of our integrated healthcare model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Purpose – Supervise, mentor, and support a talented team of nurses and medical assistants. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to foster professional growth.
- Deliver Quality Care – Oversee the delivery of integrated healthcare services, ensuring that every patient receives safe, compassionate, and effective care.
- Innovate & Improve – Help drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing policies and procedures that enhance patient care and clinic operations.
- Maintain Compliance – Stay on top of changing laws and regulations to ensure our programs are fully compliant with state and federal requirements.
- Collaborate & Support – Work closely with the Clinical Supervisors team and leadership to address compliance issues, ethical considerations, and operational challenges.
- Operational Excellence – Manage staff schedules, budget development, and resource allocation to ensure we are providing the best care while optimizing clinic efficiency.
- Ensure Quality Documentation – Review and ensure that clinical documentation is completed on time, meeting the highest standards for accuracy and quality.
