New Patient Scheduler

LifeWorks Wellness Center is looking for a sales professional to join our team as a New Patient Scheduler. Our clinic in Clearwater, Florida is expanding at a rapid rate and so is our team!

New Patient Scheduler (NPS) Overview:

Our New Patient Scheduler is responsible for scheduling patients who reach out to LifeWorks Wellness Center for the very first time. LWC is growing and looking for a high-caliber New Patient Scheduler who desires to positively impact and own the initial patient experience. This position is one of the first points of contact to LWC and is a vital role in getting new patients scheduled and payment collected for their first visit to begin or continue their journey to wellness.

What to Expect:

• Verifies that the potential new patient has never been a patient or has not been seen by a LWC practitioner within the last 3 years. Answers all patient questions regarding scheduling their appointment.
• Returns calls to patients who have requested an appointment, or who have questions about seeing one of the practitioners via phone, email, Facebook or any other avenue.
• Ensures that the patient understands what is expected from them as a new patient.
• Schedules and collects payment for their initial office visit.
• Sends new patient paperwork to the patient and ensures that this is filled out and returned before their appointment.
• Rescheduling the new patient if they need to cancel or change their appointment(s).
• Documents all conversations and actions taken with the new patient.

Hours for the NPS Position:

• Monday – 8.00AM-5:00PM
• Tuesday-Thursday- 8:45AM-5:00PM
• Friday-8:45AM-4:00PM
